Regulatory Reform (Fire and Safety) Order
Legislation known as the Regulatory Reform (Fire and Safety) Order became effective in October 2006. This places a legal responsibility on the proprietor or manager of a business to make sure that lives and the environment are not at risk from fire in your workplace. Carrying out a Fire Risk Assessment of the business premises is now a legal requirement.
BC Risk Management have qualified and experienced personnel who can undertake this assessment with you on your behalf. Rates for this service vary on the size and location of your premises together with the nature of your business in terms of fire risk.
These assessments are probably cheaper than you think and will help ease your concerns

Fire Wardens Training
Fire Wardens or Fire Marshals play an important role in co-ordinating any emergency evacuation also ensuring fire control procedures are in place on a daily basis. We can provide the required training to ensure members of your staff are suitably trained. We also offer Fire Awareness Training.
